One of the top prospects in baseball, Triston made headlines with his major league debut in August 2020 where he tossed six strong innings, allowing just one run on two hits with 10 strikeouts in the Indians victory. His 10 strikeouts are the second most by an Indians player in their Major League debut and he became the first pitcher with a double-digit-strikeout performance in their MLB debut since 2018.
