I want to provide a very highly satisfied compliment to Baseball Lifestyle 101. I had placed an order for Christmas gifts on November 30 and as of the week of Christmas still did not have the merchandise due to the Postal Service delays. Josh at Baseball Lifestyle 101 asked me to wait until after Christmas to see if it delivers and was very apologetic about the situation. I waited 1 week after Christmas and still no merchandise. I was very concerned because the one item I ordered was no longer available and this was they item that my son wanted the most. I called Josh back and he was very accommodating to ship me out the merchandise again and used FedEx and he also found the item I needed in their inventory and was able to get it to me. I received the merchandise and was so grateful for his customer service and proactive approach to take care of me as a customer.
