SHIPPING

The shipping speed selected at checkout is not a guarantee that your order will be received in that exact time frame. It is simply an estimated time of how long it will take your chosen shipping provider to deliver your package once the package is in its possession.

Shipping times may be longer than estimates provided by the shipping provider due to increased volume, weather, etc. No refunds will be given for delays in shipping time, no matter the cause of the delay.

BL101 uses its best efforts to have all orders shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping is applied after fulfillment of the order and can add an estimated 2-7 business days before the order is delivered.

Due to an overwhelming increase in inquiries, orders and emails, we may experience some delays in responding to you by email.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes to sizing or individual products contained in the order as placed. If the products do not reflect what you wish to purchase, or there is an error with your shipping address, you can cancel your order for the first 60 minutes after the order has been created. After that time, please reach out to us via email, chat, or phone to discuss any issues.
