BL101 E-Gift Card

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all gift cards issued by Baseball Lifestyle 101 LLC  (“BL101,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including physical gift cards and electronic gift cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing, accepting, using, or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. These Terms may be revised or changed only prospectively by BL101 at any time. 

1. Purchase, Redemption, and Use. 
2. Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed only through authorized BL101 channels, including our website located at www.bl101.com and participating BL101 retail locations. Gift Cards may not be used at non-BL101 retail stores selling BL101 merchandise. 
3. Gift Cards purchased on BL101.com will not be delivered until the checkout transaction is completed. An accurate physical address or email address for the recipient to deliver Gift Cards is required. We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect physical or email address. eGift Cards are delivered via email, which will include a code that must be used to redeem the eGift Card. eGift Card codes are activated within 24 hours after you receive them.

If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
3. Email inbox is over size limit
4. Invalid email address

If you need further assistance with an online Gift Card purchase, please contact BL101 at info@bl101.com. Have your order number or email address ready. Please check to make sure the address of the recipient is correct.

1. Gift Cards may be redeemed solely for eligible merchandise offered by BL101, unless otherwise prohibited by law. 
2. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. 
3. If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover the total purchase amount, you must pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
4. If the amount of your Gift Card is more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card for future use.
5. Sales tax is not charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax if the purchase shipped to an address where tax is payable.
6. Scam Warning Notice: 
   
1. Returns of Merchandise Purchased with Gift Cards. BL101’s return policy is effective for returns on products purchased using a Gift Card and Gift Card returns, but all returns of merchandise purchased with a Gift Card will result in the Gift Card balance for the return being added back to the Gift Card or a new Gift Card. No cash will be provided when returning an item purchased with a Gift Card.
2. No Expiration Date/Dormancy.  
3. Gift Cards do not expire. 
4. If a Gift Card is not used for 5 years, the full remaining balance must be reported and remitted to the NY Office of Unclaimed Funds. 
5. Fees. No dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, service, or other fees will be charged in connection with Gift Cards. 
6. Promotional Gift Cards. Promotional, loyalty, reward, courtesy, or other non-purchased gift cards or credits issued without payment may have expiration dates, be subject to additional restrictions, and/or are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Any such additional terms will be disclosed at the time of issuance.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, altered, damaged, or unauthorized Gift Cards may not be replaced except at BL101 ’s sole discretion and only upon presentation of satisfactory proof of purchase and the original Gift Card number. BL101  is not responsible for unauthorized use of any Gift Card.
8. Balance Inquiries. Customers may check Gift Card balances by contacting customer service at info@bl101.com.
9. Restrictions. Gift Cards may not be:
• resold without BL101 ’s written permission;
• used for unlawful purposes;
• redeemed for prior purchases except as required by law;
• used to purchase additional gift cards unless permitted by BL101.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

1. Compliance with State Laws.  Certain states provide additional rights regarding gift cards, including cash redemption rights for low remaining balances. BL101 will comply with applicable state laws governing Gift Cards.
2. No Reloads Unless Authorized. Gift Cards are non-reloadable unless expressly stated otherwise by BL101.
3. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BL101 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any Gift Card.
4. Fraud. BL101  reserves the right to refuse to honor Gift Cards where BL101 suspects that the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently.
5. Governing Law. Except where superseded by applicable federal or state law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
6. Changes to Terms. BL101  reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law. Updated Terms will be posted at www.bl101.com.
