I ordered a couple outfits for my 8 year old. Some of the items came in fairly quickly and on time. The others were still pending. I reached out to customer service to no answer. However, I mentioned something on Instagram and within a few hours those additional items were shipped. I think they are doing the best they can with the resources they have. They became very popular and quickly at that. I love the items I purchased and my son said they are so comfy. I do plan to get him a sweatsuit with the fall drop.

As a retired 79 year old teacher, I wish you would have a good sale, not a couple of doctors off, so I could afford buy my grandson more things. He does love your merchandise!

Quality of shirts are not the same. The last shirt I got from my order that I waited almost a month for is shorter and thinner than one I received a month ago. I ordered a YL and it almost looks like a YS. Disappointed

My grandsons love your shorts and shirts! They are pricey but well made! T shirts could be better quality for the price! I used to sell shirts and know they cost $2-$5 and your mark up is high!
I’ve only bought 5 shirts! $31 is pretty steep!

This Brand is great I don’t where their shorts very much. But when I do, The Off field training shorts feel so good. Their shirts are so comfortable I will always buy from them.

My son and I both love Baseball Lifestyle, so we dont really care how long we have to wait for our orders as long as we get it or it comes back in stock and not be discontinued. They always have the coolest colors and adapt to what’s in style. Please just keep the great quality, we are willing to pay more if the quality stays the best.

My kid loves this brand, but was SO DISAPPOINTED by the order that BL101 took on July 25th and then couldn’t actually fulfill. It was in limbo for weeks and is now CANCELLED, a month later. He was so excited for the ‘Back to School Gift Box’, and now I have to deal with the blowback of a cancelled order and a gift box that was dangled in front of us that he’ll never receive. This brand makes cool clothes my kid wants, but I can’t purchase from BL101 for awhile until they get their multiple inventory and order processing issues under control.

I have been a long time client and will continue to be one as long as you keep making quality items, listening to your client suggestions but most of all keep doing a great job with customer service. I understand that people are frustrated with delays in their orders but I love the fact you all have owned it and taken accountability for the delays. Should y’all have stopped taking orders until you were fully moved into new warehouse and caught up, maybe but you always communicated what was going on and tbat deserves respect. Keep trying to get better and you will always be successful
