I have made several purchases, I also purchased the return fee, just in case. I had to return part of the last purchase I made. They said they never received the return although I provided the shipping receipt and used their return label. They would not make good on the return, they would not exchange the shirt for a bigger size. Now my grandson has a partial outfit. The clothes are over priced but my grandson loves them. I will not be buying anything else from this organization.
